OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE

It would be really annoying and problematic if our mobile devices are drained out of power while on the move or when we need to make an important call. Keeping that in mind Mangal Electronics, a Delhi based firm, has come up with a new wireless charging solution. The company calls it the Mojo portable wireless charger. Sleek with a durable design this charger negates the need for any cable or cord, or even the need for solar power. Moreover, the charger also doubles as a flash light. All in all, it seems like a good device for those who love to go camping or trekking.

This easy to operate charger is equipped with 2200 mAh Li-ion rechargeable batteries. It is said to be capable of charging mobile phones of any make and even the PSP. According to Gaurav Jajodia, Director, Mangal Electronics, “by bringing Mojo Indian market, we have added another revolutionary product to our portfolio. Mojo is a simple solution, which will help you to be connected and keep your phone always on even if you're in a bus or train."

Earlier this year, Fulton had displayed its technology for wireless charging of devices like phones and tablets by placing the device on the dashboard of a car that has its internal surface power-enabled wirelessly and iBall launched its portable power charger for the Indian markets recently.

The company has attached a price tag of Rs. 1000 to the Mojo charger. It is available through wide spread distribution and a retail network of Mangal Electronics.

Sony claims that they have gone beyond HD, and are once again ahead of the curve, by offering theatre quality 4K for homes with the world’s first true 4K home theatre projector. They claim that the newly launched 3D-capable digital projector can display 4K images with over four times the resolution of Full HD.
Sony states that customers will be impressed by Sony’s flagship VPL-VW1000ES which employs an entirely new SXRD 4K panel, that produces astonishing device contrast and 2,000 ANSI-lumens of brightness. The projector can achieve a 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast, with Sony's Iris3 technology. With these high resolutions, it can produce screen sizes of up to 200-inches (diagonally) for cinematic viewing at our homes.

“Sony continues to push the boundaries of high resolution entertainment; from the lens to the living room. Our new VPL-VW1000ES 4K home theatre projector has been created to not just meet, but exceed the needs of the most discerning and demanding home entertainment enthusiasts. It will allow them to become totally immersed in the viewing experience with the action unfolding before their eyes in a new level of realism, with colours and details unlike anything seen before in home entertainment.” said Mr. Munetaka Satoru, Deputy General Manager, Professional Solution Division, Sony India

In addition to 4K native resolution, the VPL-VW1000ES projector also includes Sony’s exclusive Super Resolution 4K upscaler called ‘Reality Creation’ which enhances all content – SD or HD, 2D or 3D – to higher definition true 4K (DCI Format: 4096 x 2160p) picture signals.

The VPL-VW1000ES also features a built-in IR transmitter for Full 4K 3D which drives the projector’s TDG-PJ1 USB-chargeable active shutter 3D glasses; picture position memory which memorizes the position of the zoom lens. The new product also supports 2D and 3D anamorphic films.

The VPL-VW1000ES offers dual triggers, a 2.1 motorized zoom, expanded throw distances, an RS232 interface, control over IP and compatibility with virtually every home automation integrator. Sony’s new VPL-VW1000ES 4K home theatre projector will be available in India through accredited dealers, priced at Rs. 13,99,900.
